The NFL FLAG FUND offers financial assistance for NFL FLAG participants nationwide. A parent or legal guardian of the participant must complete the application to be considered for the 2024 NFL FLAG FUND grant cycle. This specific application is for participants of Dothan NFL FLAG ONLY.
Application Acknowledgments:
- The participant's parent or legal guardian must be the one completing the application.
- The participant plans to pay in the upcoming Dothan NFL FLAG league season.
- Funding is only provided for participants of NFL FLAG programs and funds will not be provided for other flag football programs.
- The NFL FLAG FUND has limited funding and submitting an application does not guarantee receiving financial support.
- Incomplete applications will automatically be declined.
- Receiving funding for one season does not guarantee I will receive funding for future seasons.
- Financial assistance is only available for upcoming seasons and cannot be used to reimburse previous registrations.
- To be eligible for financial assistance, your annual household income must be less than the median national average of $74,580 and free or reduced lunch is provided for the participant. Proof of both will be required.
- All funds will be sent directly to your league operator and not to the parent/guardian.
