Application Acknowledgments:
- The participant's parent or legal guardian must be the one completing the application.
- Funding is only provided for participants of NFL FLAG programs and funds will not be provided for other flag football programs.
- The NFL FLAG FUND has limited funding and submitting an application does not guarantee receiving financial support.
- Incomplete applications will automatically be declined.
- Receiving funding for one season does not guarantee you will receive funding for future seasons.
- Financial assistance is only available for upcoming seasons and cannot be used to reimburse previous registrations.
- Applications should be submitted at least three weeks prior to registration closing date.
- To be eligible for financial assistance, your annual household income must be less than the median national average of $83,730*, and the participant must be enrolled in Medicaid, SNAP or WIC.
