The Titans NFL FLAG Grant offers financial assistance for Titans NFL FLAG participants. A parent or legal guardian of the participant must complete the application to be considered.
Application Acknowledgments:
- The participant's parent or legal guardian must be the one completing the application.
- Funding is only provided for participants of Titans NFL FLAG programs in Tennessee and funds will not be provided for other flag football programs.
- The Titans NFL FLAG Grant has limited funding and submitting an application does not guarantee receiving financial support.
- Priority is given to new NFL FLAG participants.
- Incomplete applications will automatically be declined.
- Receiving funding for one season does not guarantee receiving funding for future seasons.
- Financial assistance is only available for upcoming seasons and cannot be used to reimburse previous registrations.
- To be eligible for financial assistance, your annual household income must be less than the Tennessee median average of $72,000*, and the participant must be enrolled in Medicaid, SNAP or WIC. Proof of both will be required.
- The participant must play for a Titans NFL FLAG league.
